Run for mental health: break the silence!

Did you know that 1 in 4 people suffer from some sort of mental health problem during the course of their life? Anxiety, depression and or even serious mental disorder are just three examples of the conditions that affect thousands of people in silence, often through fear of the associated stigma and lack of understanding.

RURAL KUTXA and BEHOBIA-SAN SEBASTIÁN are joining forces again to offer their support. Run for yourself, run for those who need a voice.

When registering for the run, you can make a voluntary donation that will be spent on funding sport and leisure programmes through which to deal with, prevent and raise awareness about mental health. The beneficiary entities will be the WHY NOT FOUNDATION and AGIFES.
